What “we visit every property” means
No homestay is listed here without a signed partnership and an on-site visit first. That visit is where the honesty notes on every listing come from — the Wi-Fi that doesn't work, the hot water that's bucket-only, the last stretch of road that needs a sturdy vehicle. It's also where photos get taken and dated, so nothing shown here is stock or synthetic. If a property hasn't been visited, it doesn't appear — not with a placeholder, not with a disclaimer, just not at all.
The 12-hour promise
There's no live availability calendar behind this site — every request is confirmed with the host directly, by a person, over WhatsApp. That confirmation happens within 12 hours of a trip request, and only after it does a guest hear back that their trip is arranged. It's slower than an instant “Book now,” and that's deliberate: nothing is promised here that hasn't actually been checked.
